Groundbreaking ceremony for the new Southwest School Centre, Nuremberg

On 27 September 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony for the first construction phase of what is currently the largest municipal construction project in Northern Bavaria took place. The Southwest School Centre in Nuremberg includes two schools, sports halls and outdoor sports facilities. The total investment sum for the project is about 191 million euros, of which about 23 million euros are for the first construction phase. The completion of the last construction phase is planned for the end of 2028.

Bergmeister Ingenieure has been commissioned with the structural design.
