Administration building for the Alupress company, Brixen / Bressanone

Alupress AG, legally domiciled in the Brixen industrial zone, is leading manufacturer of innovative components and systems in the field of die-cast aluminum. The continuous further development of the company and the resultant growth of the team necessitated the construction of a new administrative building at the company headquarters. This four-story office building covers 2,740 square meters of land. The generously apportioned window front affords a wide view of the outside. The north wing features a solid design with a perforated façade, thus intentionally contrasting with the transparent main building, thus making it possible to clearly demarcate the delivery entrance. Inside, the floor space is partitioned almost exclusively by glass walls. The users are thus given great freedom in flexibly using their spaces.
