Apartment and office building, Seidengasse, Vienna

At the address of Seidengasse 3-7, a new eight-story building with 105 apartment units and 120 spaces in the underground parking garage was erected. The U-shaped building is grouped around a landscaped (foliage) inner courtyard with a size of 1,000 square meters. The standard stories have 2- to 4-room apartments with a balcony/loggia, in part with their own garden on the courtyard side. The three top stories, there are 23 apartments with spacious terraces and balconies. In the context of a reconstruction project, an office and business building with 7,000 square meters of usable space and 70 spaces in the underground parking garage was completed at Seidengasse 9.
