Apartment house, Ahornergasse, Vienna

In Ahornergasse 11 (an address in a cul-de-sac enjoying a central and peaceful location), a nine-story building with 48 individual apartments, a meeting place for senior citizens, and a parking garage with 50 spaces was constructed. The standard floors have two- and three-room apartments with a balcony and loggia or terrace. In top floor, there are 4- and 5-room apartments with roof terraces and a view over the rooftops of Vienna. The functional floor plan of the apartments was optimized for different usage variants. This was an intra-urban construction project.
Structural engineering planning: Steel-reinforced concrete skeleton design; 3 below-ground floors with a top-down design.
