Psychiatric rehabilitation center with supervised living residence and underground parking garage, Bozen / Bolzano

This new construction is divided into two areas, in keeping with the guidelines for modern psychiatric rehabilitation. The building's electricity supply is via a medium-voltage connection provided by the utility company. The building is equipped with a structured data cable network. All of the care rooms and office rooms are equipped with adequate connection to the data network. There is access control at all main and side entrances and also at the garage entrance. Because all of the points of entry are integrated in the data network, the administrators can freely assign and re-assign authorizations at any time by computer. The building features intelligent building control (KNX-EIB bus) via which the lighting, the sun protection, and the temperature regulation in the rooms can be conveniently monitored and controlled.
