Project description
This new three-story construction is located on the site of a former monastery garden, next to the Capuchin Monastery (which is under legal protection as an historical site). The health services are located in the below-ground story and the first floor. The social services are in the second story.
The above-ground stories are solidly constructed, while the below-ground story is glazed on all sides. This new building's supporting structure consists of a steel-reinforced concrete framework. The foundation is flat, and comprised of single and strip foundations. The two-story retaining structure of the excavation pit consists of a vertical spray concrete nail wall.
