Data Protection Declaration on the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with E.U. Regulation No. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and in particular with Article 13, we hereby inform you that the Bergmeister GmbH company, legally domiciled in I-39040 Vahrn / Varna, Eisackstr. 1, V.A.T. no. 02738860218, processes personal data which persons have transmitted to the company by means of the job application form designed specifically for this purpose or by e-mail in the context of job applications.

We hereby state that this personal data is collected and processed by the company on paper and/or on magnetic, electronic, or telematic data media for the sole purpose of evaluating the company's possible interest in the future establishment of a contractual relationship, the substance of which must still be defined.

We use the collected data exclusively for the recruiting activity to fulfill our company requirements.

This data is stored for a period of max. three years and then deleted.

The company's information-management and organizational system guarantees the adherence to suitable security measures for the protection of your personal data.

You provide the data voluntarily. If you refuse to supply the data or if you refuse to consent to the data's subsequent processing, the company will necessarily be unable to enter the job application data into its database and to possibly establish contractual relations with you in the future.

Personal data may be shared within the company group (see Publication Information), but shall remain within the E.U.

In the context of the handling of your personal data, the data may be transmitted to the following categories of recipients, all of whom have received a written mandate to act as data processors and who have been issued specific written instructions:

- Employees of the personnel office
- The heads of the corresponding departments and divisions.

With respect to all processed personal data, you can exercise your rights as specified by the provisions of Article 15 ff. of the Regulation (the right to demand access to the data; the right to the rectification, deletion, or restriction of the processing of the data; the right to object; data portability) within the limits and under the conditions set forth there.
